From Mud to Monster
Begin as a tiny aquatic life. Feed, explore, and change your body, but live with what each change costs. A familiar patch of mud can become a different world when you learn how to inhabit it.
Adventure & Progression / THE STORY
Become something the pond has never seen.
At first, a little food and a safe place are enough to matter. The world is close, partly understood, and full of things your body cannot yet do. Notice a movement. Follow a promising surface. Decide whether to approach, bite, wait, or leave.
Survival gives you the chance to change, and change asks something in return. A feeding structure may open a new meal while making travel and upkeep harder. A better sense can make a familiar route newly readable. Return to places you remember with a different body and discover that power is always a relationship with the world around you.
What you do
Fund a different body
Supported body changes have construction and operating costs. Better feeding can mean harder travel and higher upkeep.
Return with a new understanding
Revisit known places with changed senses and anatomy. Early pond survival and recovery are built; the larger evolutionary journey is still growing.

Where it is, honestly.
Current development builds include a microscopic aquatic opening, funded body development, remembered discoveries, and early pond survival systems. Broader anatomy, inheritance, and transitions into larger habitats are still being built and explored.
Where it could go
The larger vision follows bodies and lineages into very different ways of living, from the pond toward much larger aquatic environments and possible land-capable branches. Those possibilities guide development; they are not a finished journey in the current build.
